2. What the site offers
The site presents Flowing's marketing and performance agency services and provides free tools, such as the Quick diagnosis and the ROI calculator, along with forms and shortcuts to get in touch on WhatsApp.
Hiring any Flowing service does not happen through the site. It is formalized through a separate proposal and contract, which take precedence over these Terms wherever they conflict.
3. Free tools and simulations
The Quick diagnosis and the ROI calculator are guidance tools. Their results are estimates based on the information you provide and on simplified assumptions.
These results do not constitute a promise, a performance guarantee, or financial, accounting or legal advice. The real outcome of any marketing action depends on factors such as market, offer, competition, seasonality and sales operations.
4. Proper use
By using the site, you agree to:

- not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of others;
- not attempt to access restricted areas, overload, mass-copy or interfere with the site's operation;
